Kim Dingwall – MChiro
Born and raised in the countryside just north of Glasgow, Kim grew up surrounded by chiropractic. Kim would regularly help out at her parents’ clinic and was able to see first-hand the difference chiropractic care made to so many people. Having always had a fascination with the human body, she decided to follow in her parents’ footsteps and become a chiropractor herself receiving a First Class Masters in Chiropractic degree from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic.
Kim enjoys helping people of all ages get back to what they love doing- whether it be playing with the grandchildren or running an ultra-marathon. More recently, Kim worked closely with the student athletes at Bournemouth University, integrating rehabilitative and functional aspects to her treatments and getting the athletes back to optimum performance.
For her, chiropractic is not just a manual therapy but an altogether lifestyle. In her spare time Kim enjoys playing hockey, practising yoga and cooking up some good food for friends.
Caroline Harrison - Pilates Instructor
Initially trained as a dance performer/teacher and choreographer, Caroline qualified as a personal trainer in 2001 and then as a Pilates instructor in 2010. She has found that movement and exercise can be invigorating, uplifting and challenging as well as calming, soothing and centering. She has helped her clients unravel negative movement patterns, unlock tension and build a strong and balanced body. She teaches in either 1 to 1 sessions or in classes (beginners, intermediates and advanced). She works using mat-based Pilates with a maximum of 6 people in each class.
